High-Tech Manufacturing

We have never been an ordinary print shop! We print—but in dimensions and on equipment that hardly have anything to do with labels anymore. Today, we produce products in a high-tech manufacturing facility that set trends in the industry.

State of the Art Production

35 meters—this is not only the length of a blue whale, but also the gigantic dimensions of our state-of-the-art machinery. Methods and systems such as Lean Management and Six Sigma trim all our processes for efficiency. Total Productive Maintenance (in-house maintenance), production halls with almost clean room conditions and a high degree of automation ensure the highest quality. For us, the customer is the focus: We can integrate hundreds of combinations of technologies into our products—leaving no wish unfulfilled.

In Schreiner Group's security division, RFID-labels are manufactured on special machines.

Thanks to robot technology, 1.2 billion units of our best-selling Needle-Trap, a needle protection label, have already been produced.

Image processing systems with numerous cameras are standard in our plants. Problems can thus be quickly identified and corrected.

The high-bay warehouse enables the efficient supply of material to production and shipping.

The heart of our logistics is a fully automated high-bay warehouse. Flow of goods and delivery of material to production and shipping are highly effective and very fast.
